At SPA, we use a strengths-based, empathic approach to psychotherapy that creates a warm supportive relationship where you can feel safe, understood and empowered to transform your life. We use mindfulness of thoughts and body, self-compassion, feeling emotions, and problem-solving strategies to help you appreciate what’s working well in your life, take action on what you want to improve, and feel better and stronger.

Our Focus

We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and relationship issues. We work with children, teens, and adults in individual, family, and couples therapy. We also specialize in treating women at different phases of their life.

Dr. Ilana Rosenberg, Ph.D., Founder

Dr. Rosenberg is a Harvard-trained psychologist, and the founder of Scarsdale Psychology Associates (SPA)
