Mindfulness  Relaxation Training

Dr. Rosenberg helps you to focus on the present moment, which takes you out of all the thoughts running through your head and keeps you grounded. Mindfulness of your breath and the sensations of your body help you be in the present and feel more relaxed and energized.

Dr. Rosenberg also teaches you how to let go of negative thoughts that cause sadness and distress. She helps you to notice and be with emotions that arise without judgment.

Dr. Rosenberg works with adults, children and adolescents in Scarsdale, Greenwich & Greater Westchester. Her empathic and strengths-based approach works for treating anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues and loss.
