Our positive-focused approach is tailored to suit the unique needs of the child or teen
by focusing on their individual strengths.
At SPA, we take a warm, empathic and positive approach that helps children and teens focus on what’s going well in their lives and build on their strengths. We use play therapy to help young children feel comfortable sharing their feelings and teach mindfulness techniques to help them calm and center themselves. We encourage children and teens to express deep feelings and change negative thought patterns, with the goal of learning to love themselves.
