I am a licensed clinician with extensive experience working with individuals and couples in various settings as well as in private practice. As a tenured professor in a graduate mental health program, I have had the privilege of training and supervising future clinicians to work effectively with their clients. Prior experience also includes advocating for children with special needs in an educational setting. Ongoing learning and engagement with the growing knowledge base of my field in various ways has always been a priority, and I have served as guest editor for professional journals. Through publications and presentations, I have contributed to the intra-professional practice (IPP) literature and through my work with allied fields, including speech pathology and physical therapy.
