Alessandra Palladino is a licensed mental health counselor. She graduated with a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. Her passion is working with individuals with ADHD because she has a deep understanding about how this can impact various aspects of an individuals life. She works with children and adolescents to provide techniques to help strengthen executive function skills and assist families in managing daily tasks more effectively.

She has experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns including ADHD, Anxiety and various mental health stressors. She works closely with children and families to provide strategies/skills to address specific mental health concerns & improve daily functioning. She understands how mental health concerns impact the family unit and provides support to families through parenting skills.

She specializes her approach to meet the individual needs of her client. Her goal is to provide children and families with coping skills to manage their thoughts and feelings in a more effective way and achieve their individual goals. 

Qualifications

Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC) in New York
Certified in Integrated Behavioral Health
Certified in Executive Function skills (in the process of this)
