Let's talk

My goal is to create an open, safe, and supportive space where children, teenagers, and young adults can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, and ultimately thrive. It is an honor to be a part of their journeys toward greater well-being and I look forward to the opportunity to provide support for you or your loved one on the path to positive growth and resilience.

My integrative and eclectic approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual person, child, and/or family. I have specific expertise working with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, mood dysregulation, as well as Autism. Whether it’s navigating academic stress, anxiety, grief, social skills, managing other emotional challenges, or addressing behavioral concerns, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support and psychological services. I believe in the importance of collaboration, working closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care and positive outcomes.

Personal Statement

Throughout my life and career, I’ve consistently wanted to work with kids, teens, and young adults. Initially, my focus was on the field of education and teaching. However, I later discovered the importance of emotional well-being and support outside the classroom, and the significant impact it has on one’s ability to thrive and succeed. This realization prompted me to expand my focus, leading me to pursue psychology. Since then, I have dedicated my career to working with individuals throughout their development and most formative years.

The opportunity to work with individuals at such an instrumental point in their lives is one that I am extremely passionate about. This passion is demonstrated through my commitment to and work within this field. I feel it is an incredible privilege to be able to work closely with children, their families, and young adults on their own journeys as they work through and forge their individual paths toward happy and successful futures.

I strongly believe that there is never a cookie-cutter solution or overarching rule when it comes to working alongside individuals. Understanding how someone’s unique needs and traits can and should be met appropriately within their community, and then communicating that understanding is at the core of my therapeutic approach and philosophy.
