I believe that kindness, warmth, humor and curiosity are vital to a successful therapeutic experience, and that every person has strengths that can assist them in navigating the obstacles they face. I collaborate with my clients to identify challenges, gain insight into patterns of behavior, and to develop skills to help individuals live according to their values, in a safe and supportive therapeutic atmosphere. Treatment is tailored to fit individual client needs, and is based in therapeutic modalities including Relational, Family-Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
