Kevin Felix is a Licensed Master Social Worker who tailors his approach to fit each client’s strengths, preferences, and goals.

Personal statement

I’m a warm, empathetic psychotherapist and believe that the most important aspect of therapy is building a trusting, open relationship with my clients. I pride myself on my ability to connect with clients who haven’t clicked with therapists in the past. I take a holistic view of each client and recognize the interplay between mental health and physical health, including sleep, diet, and exercise.

As a parent myself, I know this is a challenging time to be growing up and to be raising children. Whether you’re looking for help managing anxiety, navigating life changes, improving relationships, or regulating emotions, or if you or your child have just been feeling “off” and think it might be helpful to talk to a professional, I offer a non-judgmental space, an open mind, a sense of humor, and a deep well of patience.

Master of Social Work, Fordham University

Personal tidbits: I’m a dad to boy-girl twins and a lifelong musician (guitar, bass, clarinet). Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a television producer.
