Let's talk

Personal statement:

I am a psychotherapist and former social scientist based in New York. I primarily serve adolescents and adults presenting with anxiety, relationship conflict, low self-esteem, trauma, transitions to college, career stress/uncertainty, and grief/loss. Drawing upon my experience as a social scientist studying youth and emergent adulthood globally, I find the needs of young people to be largely universal – the desire for meaning, mastery, purpose, and hope. In-person or online, we will build a therapeutic relationship to foster growth and reflection. I will have you try out new techniques to build confidence during important life transitions and find your way if you are feeling lost. Working together, you will grow and discover a more resilient and fulfilling journey ahead.
