I’m passionate about helping others from all walks of life develop a strong sense of self through an appreciation of both their strengths and challenges. At the core of my work is a deeply held belief: that every individual, regardless of their struggles, is inherently whole. I am driven by the conviction that everyone has unique strengths and abilities that, when understood and nurtured, can lead to lasting, positive change. I have always felt drawn to helping people embrace who they are—not in spite of their challenges, but through them—because I firmly believe that we grow strongest by understanding and accepting our complexities.
I believe that no one is broken or needs to be “fixed.” With a strong background in neuropsychology, I am skilled at helping individuals of all ages identify and understand their strengths, while also recognizing and addressing areas that may pose challenges. I work alongside my clients to empower them to advocate for their needs and create a plan for success.
In my therapeutic practice, I serve as a thought partner, helping to decode ways in which we can leverage your strengths to navigate challenges. I approach therapy in a fun, approachable, and collaborative manner, and I believe that developing self-compassion is the first critical step in creating lasting change and progress. Together, we can work toward building a path forward that honors your unique journey.
