Let's talk

Melanie is a licensed Master Social Worker. She became a therapist because she recognizes the strength that each person carries inside them—the strength to change, grow, and live well. She loves to connect and work together with people, helping them add to their own set of life skills.

She is there for the parents trying to juggle kids and self-care, for the kids learning to share their feelings, for teens navigating school stress and friendships, and for young adults stepping out on their own.

Using tools like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness, she guides people to manage their thoughts and feelings better. Her goal is to help people feel more confident and ready to tackle life’s twists and turns.

In their work together, clients will find a safe place to talk and grow. Melanie believes in working side by side to build the kind of strength that keeps you moving forward. When she sees someone unlock their own potential, it’s the best part of what she does.”
