Let's talk

I am passionate about helping children and families recognize their strengths, fostering a warm and safe environment, and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small. Oftentimes, it can feel as though we are experiencing our battles alone. We also may feel that we are moving forward one day and taking steps backwards the next. My goal is to provide support, patience, and space for all of these moments, without judgment. Together, we can work on expanding your self-compassion and recognizing the unique qualities that make you who you are. I believe in meeting children and families where they are, listening, and working together to find approaches that feel right for you and your child. By combining your expertise in yourself or your child with my expertise in assessment and intervention, we can create meaningful change in your life.

Using evidence-based interventions, I collaborate with you to create a plan and individualize it to honor your values, strengths, and life experiences. My goal is to work with you through challenges, build on successes, and help you thrive in a way that feels authentic and achievable for you!
