Let's talk

Personal statement:

I believe it is important to help others by meeting them where they are. Often, in this world, we can feel misunderstood or out of control. Sometimes it feels like our environment isn’t matching what we’re experiencing inside. I believe it is important to jump into your world and help find a solution that works for you. I enjoy being a sounding board for new ideas and insights along with a teacher of skills. With your expertise of yourself/your child, and my knowledge of psychology, we can create the change you seek together.
I use evidence-based interventions and a trauma-informed approach, meaning I listen to your life experiences without judgment, and we develop a plan, together. We all have been through difficult things, and these experiences impact who we are today. I look forward to learning who you are and supporting you as you work toward becoming the person you wish to be.
