Personal statement:

I have devoted my entire career, both as a psychotherapist and a former attorney, to supporting individuals during times of transition, crisis, and other trying circumstances, helping them to overcome emotional and relational struggles so that they can pursue what is important and meaningful to them. I work with adults, teens, and couples, offering compassion, empathy and insight within a warm and non-judgmental therapeutic space. By building trusting, collaborative relationships with clients and tailoring psychotherapy to each person’s specific needs, I help clients to understand and overcome emotional barriers, access their inner strengths, navigate times of distress, and pursue the joy they seek in their lives.

Background:

Jane received her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham’s Graduate School of Social Service with a specialized practice certificate in Crisis and Resilience.
