Personal statement:

I am a deeply empathic and spirited licensed psychologist, assisting children, adolescents, and adults in better understanding themselves in order to reach their full potential and achieve their wellness goals. I support the clients I work with through appreciation of their unique process of engaging with life guided by insight, expression of feelings, and recognition of patterns. Through creativity, I craft individualized tools and a personalized approach to reach clients, while helping them to increase regulation, well being, belonging, and purpose in the world. I feel unconditional positive regard, genuine connection, and empathy help to create a safe and open space to freely explore, deconstruct, and construct aspects of the self, while cultivating inner peace. I believe self-awareness, acceptance, and focusing our perspective can serve as a foundation to foster positive change and resiliency throughout the lifespan. I have experience helping neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, high sensitivity, gifted) individuals, as well as individuals with complex symptoms and difficulties (e.g., trauma, loss, challenging life circumstances). I use an integrated and personalized lens, pulling from a variety of modalities to support each client because all individuals have their own unique identity, background, process, and purpose. In addition to traditional therapy modalities, I incorporate alternative approaches to healing, such as eastern wellness practices, including reiki, as well as spirituality, philosophy, breathwork, sound healing, and various forms of meditation. I feel my purpose is to offer a listening ear and guiding hand as my clients journey through life.
